Default Great success

image-1093475722.jpg

This is only my second batch. It was a partial mash recipe I came up with all on my own using malt I had lying around and leftover calypso hops. It's only been a week since bottling but I've already got perfect carbonation as well as a delicious, fruity Belgian flavor with NO off flavors to speak of. I'm so proud of this Belgian blonde ale, and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on the forum for their patience and assistance! Brewing does bring happiness!!!! I am living proof!

Congrats! And if you are familiar with Borat, I totally read your thread title in a Borat voice.

Ditto on all three. I literally read it out loud in the Borat voice as I was opening the thread. SWMBO looked at me like I was crazy. Congrats!
