Hi everyone,
im a newbie extract brewer. I started brewing last year with Mr Beer kits and then bought a Northern Brewer brewing setup.
I have a number of brews now under my belt and have learnt quite a lot. I am British expat and proud Yorkshireman and trying to brew some of the beers that I loved and some I missed trying.
Liquid extracts are perfect for me at the moment. I use a mix of RO and distilled water as the well water that we used to use is now contaminated. I am just trying to get a little more into water chemistry.
Last November I brewed my first non kit brew of a Banks’s Bitter clone and it came out magnificent. I only bottle my beer and am happy to continue.
I am looking forward to learning more on this fantastic train ride that I got on, later than I should have!
Cheers guys.
Neil
