I brewed a pot of coffee and put it in my 6.5 gallon carboy its my 2nd fermentor it has went threw 1st fermtation and smelled good but when I added the coffee and it has.sit.it smells like vingar now not strong vingar like a coffee beer vingar in 2nd fermation its been 10 days since I put the coffee in it hydrom reads 10.10 brewing at 65f _68f its a mutons dark caned extract no table suger corn suger and alittle of it less then 5oz piched mutons active yeast perfect temp everthing I used I sanatized so I'm lost
 
Vinegar = infection and a total loss usually. Unless you like coffee vinegar in you salad.
