I don't know if anyone has already posted this, but I was AMAZED buy this man's commitment to brewing.

Having a closed system keeps it all much easier to control and keep temps regulated.

I've seen that. The engineering is impressive, but he should have come here first so that he would have avoided some GLARING mistakes. If you watch the video, he is using an open impeller TACO pump that is used in hydronic heating systems! Not a good idea! He also didn't shut off the flame when he added the extract, which will scorch the wort!

The biggest downside to his setup, besides costing him more than $4000 for an extract only setup, is just think what a PITA it would be to clean and sanitize that thing. Great idea in theory, but not in practice.

wow most definitely thought that this was another stupid fake post. That is a pretty cool looking piece of equipment though
