this is a pic i took at bottling. i tried a taste and it wasn't bad i was kinda impressed for being flat. next on the list is coopers IPA.

Way to go.. The coopers kits was the same way I started (and I still use them to fill in the gaps in my brew cycles). You should think of looking to add some grains to some of your kits along with additional hops. Simply steep the grains at about 150* for 30 minute and then add some hops for an additional 15 minutes to about a 1.5 gallons of water and then move forward with the regular no boil plan (unless you opt to go for the boil) and throw everything together... You will be very pleased with the end results. The additions take a good basic kit and makes it your VERY good extract kit..
