Think I've made a bit of a balls....

I was doing my first full grain brew and misread the recipe and put my spray malt in at the start of the mash... It was only when I check my OG and got a reading of 1.010, that I realised that something was wrong. It was a stout that I was making.

Any ideas how to rectify this??

Going to need a little bit more info.

I've never heard of spray malt--is it dry malt extract? Also, what was the recipe and what was your mashing procedure?

I believe spray malt is another term for dry malt extract, but the thread title suggests this was a "full grain" brew, which sounds like a convoluted way of saying "all grain," which would normally preclude the addition of any extract at all.

Hoping the OP comes back with much more detail about the recipe, procedure, measurements, temperatures, water volumes, etc.
