I boil in an old converted keg. I ferment in two "ale pails". Someday I'd like to get a 14 gallon conical, but it's not in the budget.
If money was no object, I'd get a 20 gallon Blichmann brewpot, too. They are well designed, and big enough for 10 gallons.

I second the "keggle" option. PLENTY of room for a 10G batch with a 90 min boil.

You can also use the kegs to ferment in as well...
I have a monster 20+ gallon pot and I simply use two 6 gallon carboys to ferment it. 5gal in each.
