I've decided to make a summer blonde ale and want to get honey or agave in there. Using this online calculator, I took a venerated blonde recipe and it looks like if you take some 2-row out, and replace with 0.88% by weight with honey, you've got the same amount of fermentables in the wort so your gravities should be reasonably close. Is that right?

My plan currently is to replace 1/3 of the 2-row with honey / agave. That leaves plenty of 2-row for the body and whatnot, but should be enough honey / agave to impart something.
