Default Brew Day 12-31-12 (Late Start)

Been dragging arse this morning, but heating up water for todays brew, BM's Black Pearl Porter. Grains crushed, starter chillin, salts measured, counting crows playin. Anyone else brewin?

ewww, sorry to hear that, I'll pull the draft handle once for ya!

Mash is going well, raising the temp up now to stop the conversion, getting ready for the sparge. Cage the elephant playing, good tunes day.

OG came in at 1.071, not bad. Was est at 1.074
