I had a keg of beer that was over carbed when my regulator failed and it was carbed up to 50psi. I kept bleeding off the gas from the keg for about a week and replaced my regulator ( cheap chinese junk). When there wasn't any gas let off when I pulled the blow off I reconnnected it to gas and it has been sitting for two weeks. Went to have a brew tonight and it was still flat and poured without a head. I turned up the serving psi to 10 from 8 and will let it sit for a few days and try it again.
Just wondering if anyone else experienced this or do I just need to learn a new regulator and serving pressure?
