I have a beer I brewed for a fund raiser. It was keggeg 5 weeks ago. It has lots of floating hops bit in it. I have only taken about 2 pints. I will serve it this Sunday.

Is it worth using gelatin to get rid of the hops? I think I have enough time.

Do you have a spare keg? Gelatin is better for yeast, big stuff like hops won't be as great. If you have a spare keg I'd rack it over or transfer via pressure with a bag around one end of the siphon or diptube to capture the hop particles.
