I just bought a place outside of Bastrop and want to try hops growing. The soil is sandy loam. When should I plant-late April?
 
Welcome, try posting this in the Hops growing area, may catch the eye of someone more familiar with your conditions (or you can use my answer, which is plant once the frost is out of the ground :-D )
