First post....
Started Homebrewing in 1998....mostly extracts....

Anyone have a good Red Ale recipe...extract...

I made a great red ale once with a pure white head...never been able to duplicate it.

Any Ideas?

Welcome. No Red Ale recipe here, but I do want to say go Seahawks:)

Again welcome. Good to have another experienced brewer.

Bob,
I have a clone recipe for "Artic Red" by Yukon Brewing Company. I have made it (about 2 years ago). It is a very balanced beer with notable Malt characteristics. I would not catagorize it as a "English style bitter", more along the lines of balanced red / scotch ale...if that makes sense. If you want the recipe, let me know.

Email me the recipe. I am collecting a few to get a general idea of what I want to do.
