greetings from fort misery florida

Hey all! I found your forum and am pleased to be here. I used to brew A LOT of cheap high proof swill back in the day in college. I then moved to Portland Maine where there were 5 breweries and lacked the motivation to make good beer. Now I am in SW Florida and there is no beer culture down here so I have started to amass the stuff to brew once again. The major difference is that I will looking to make quality stuff not just poison to kill the weak brain cells.
