Hello folks.

I've been lurking for years getting inspiration for a nice setup, and now that the funding is actually here, I'm stepping up from extract on my stovetop to BIAB. I'm in northern WI, so I'm going electric for warm and toasty winter brewing in the comfort of my own mancave.:tank:

I'm in the preliminary stages right now, but here are my thoughts thus far:

82-quart Bayou Classic w/ basket
March pump
15 gallon plastic conical fermenter
Dudadiesel plate chiller

My control box and element setup will be a modified kal clone.

At this point, I'm trying to get my plumbing planned out. I want to do quick disconnects wherever possible, but here's a rough sketch of what I was thinking.

My gut reaction is that I may be over-engineering a little bit with the ball valves, but maybe not.

Thanks to everybody (far too many to name or remember) for all the inspiration on this. There is no way I could do this without all the help I've gotten from lurking HBT for the last few years. :mug:
