I made up a batch of grape juice wine and bottled it after fermentation stopped about a month ago. I forgot to degas it and when I sampled it after most of it was bottled I could taste the co2 in it. So my question is, can I pop the tops, degas it and recap them without hurting the wine? They are in 22oz beer bottles so capping and uncapping is easy.

The taste was great even at bottling but could definitely taste the C02.
