I recommend taking in a Twins baseball game if you have time. The new stadium is amazing. Some of the beer stands have a wide selection of local beers.

Visit Surly Brewery. It is a great tour and the tasting room is. well... tasty.
Town Hall is good, but the Rock Bottom is better.
Seriously. The brewer there is really good and the service is top-notch.
The Happy Gnome is also great place to visit.
Summit Brewery has a fabulous tasting room as well. It's in St. Paul, but that's not a big deal.
Flat Earth is also a fun place to visit. It's like a brewery set up in a Goodwill store.
Freaky Deaky. They'll fill growlers and sell ya stickers --- if you like Porters, this is a MUST visit.
