I am used this diagram to build my control panel:
http://www.pjmuth.org/beerstuff/images/Auberin-wiring1-a11a-SWA-2451-5500w.jpg

I installed these contactors:
http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_31&products_id=130

I think these are wrong because they are only 120V. Don't they need to be 240V? I copied my build from another member on here that PJ helped out and I used the same parts list. I think I am just second guessing myself but if those are the right ones can someone explain why?

Nope, looks ok, the energising coil is 120V the contacts are rated for 40A up to 600VAC.

I suppose we should also say make sure you wire it as per the diagram - 1 side hot (switched) & 1 side neutral

Thanks guys and I did wire exactly as the diagram showed.

Please explain what is not working for you. Maybe we can figure it out.

I think BWN was confirming what I said about wiring it up as 120V H-N and not 240v H-H.

I have not used it yet, I just wanted to make sure I had the right part. The control panel is finished, I just need to finish the rest of the brewery before I can try it out.
