So I didnt really measure how much cider I put into my fermenters when I was dumping it strait from the press, but I did notice that each of my fermenter buckets had just over 6 gallons after I pinched my yeast.

So, What can I expect? :drunk:

You'll make cider and won't have any problems.
That will be plenty of yeast to get things going, and the cider will be fine.
Enjoy!

what are you asking? expect over what? if it's about fermentation amounts, what yeast did you use?

Sorry, I forgot to add that info. Red Star "Cote des Blancs" is the yeast I used. it says for 5 gallons on the package and I have more than that. Was just wondering if there is any negitive effects I might see in the cider.
