Has anyone in the buffalo area been able to successfully make a starter from yeast harvested in a bottle of Ommegang?
I am looking for the yeast and would like to either purchase a jar or trade some beer for it!
I have a jar I harvested and stepped up from a bottle of the abbey ale. I don't think I'm going to use it. What would you like to trade? I'm in the buffalo area. Cheers.
Primary: too damn hot
Bottled: 120min Clone, Winter Bock, 90min clone.
Yeast Bank: Generation 5 1056, Generation 2 1028, Bottle Harvested Ommegang Abbey Ale.
