Hey. So my pale ale has been in fermenter for 2 weeks. It's reached FG, 1.014 but its not that clear. I ramped the temp up a few days ago to try and get the yeast active again but still not clearing up. So if I just leave it for another week or two will it help?

If you really wanna clear the beer up just transfer it to another carboy so that there's less yeast and you can leave it for another week or so and it will be a nice clear brew

I cold crashed mine it turned out great! Put it in the fridge for 24hrs and then bottle keg etc.. It won't hurt to wait awhile longer either, I am new to this only 20 gallons or so under my belt so seek others opinions as well good luck hope it turns out well!

As said, if you can, cold crash it so the yeast can settle down in fermenter.
If not, just leave it longer at lowest temp as you can achieve.
