Hi all
I've built an insulated cupboard 3ft high x 2 ft deep x 6ft wide, with an electric heater and a room thermostat inside it to maintain the right temp for fermenting. Every time I check my wash the temp is perfect, I've read in a book that your not meant to ferment in green house or airing cupboard ( cupboard with a boiler and pipes in), I take it's because these could both get too hot and that the way I'm doing it with a sealed bin and air lock if fine, if it's not ok then which is the preferred method in the middle of winter in my shed???
Cheers guys
