OK, so I changed my recipe for this particular Wit and I do not have enough orange flavor.

How's the best way to add it to the finished beer? I could add a dry hop type addition in a hop sack with orange peel...or, make a tincture with alcohol...or, whatever. Do you have any experience with this, and what worked well?

Thanks

Can you just add a slice of orange to your glass?

Back sweeten with Orange juice concentrate? Just a thought...never tried it.

Yuck.

I'd probably just drink it the way it is, or serve with orange slice. But you could try dry hopping with some more orange zest. After all, the sweetness did not come from the orange, only a bit of aroma and hint of flavor.
