Cleaned up a huge blow off from yesterdays brew. Thank goodness for blow off tubes.

Building a 1/2" diamter pvC header for rinsing 16 bottles at a time after I clean them with Oxyclean and brush.....I can just hook up the hose and let it run as long as i want and they will rinse....as opposed to filling each bottle individually then dumping.....3 times like I usually do.

Reminder to self.........buy kegs and start kegging.....

I brewed 10 gallons of Jami's Blonde Ale recipe from Brewing Classic Styles. This increases my pipeline to 40 gallons. One more brew session to get to my goal of 50 gallons on stand by. Then I just have to maintain it.

Brewed Brewer's Best Holiday Ale. I nailed the SG at 1.070. I felt pretty good since it was only my second batch working with grains. Before that was pre hopped extract kits.

Brewed a 3 gallon batch of Sierra Nevada Celebration... it was supposed to be a 5 gallon batch but i severely underestimated my volumes when using my new kettle... my sight glass lied to me

Transferred my 411 Ale to secondary and took a gravity reading (read that taste test) and found everything going well on the second batch of this very popular homebrew. Happy, happy, happy.

Took a gravity sample of my IIPA and am pleased I got down to 1.014 from 1.074. Drank the sample then added close to 4ozs dry-hop. At 8%, it's damn smooth, even with 117 heavenly ibu. Can't wait till it's done cause I want more!

Took a gravity sample of my Jubelale. Really noticed the difference in fg when mashing at higher temps. This one mashed at 158F and dropped to 1.02 from 1.064
Normally I mash 154F and can get my fg down to 1.012
Science!!
