Looking for a thread..

I read a thread the other day (thinking 1-8-10 or so) about someone who took their homebrew to a bar for an even the bar holds. Homebrewers bring their beer in for people to taste for free. the homebrewer in turn gets free dinner and drinks. he said the tips you get for serving your beer easily pays for the beer they gave away. Can anyone point me to this thread? I've searched lastnight and all day today so far and can't find it. thanks in advance!
