Talk about being annoyed. This was my first time brewing up some pumpkin ale. And boy did it get stuck hahaha. Check out my blog on it. I got it done...took longer than I thought though.:drunk:
 
Did you put pumpkin in the mash? I did this, and used about a lb of rice hulls and had no problems with sparging
 
Rice hulls ftw. I had no problem sparging. I usually blow in the other end of the tue and reset the bed and I'm good to go.
 
Yeah i totally forgot about using some rice hulls lol...i was in a rush at my LHBS when i got there he was closed already so I quickly got everything minus the rice hulls.
 
Haha thanx. Live and learn right. Gonna attempt either a gose or a hefeweizen soon. Dear god I hope this won't happen with rice hulls.
