First 10 gallon batch recipe question

You can just double it, but some things just aren't 1 to 1. Hop isomerization is one of those things. If you have a good software program it will let you double a batch and calculate all the little variables.

That said, going from 5 to 10 gallons isn't as much of a difference as going from 50bbls to 100bbls. I doubt you'd notice anything without costly test equipment. As a home brewer we inject so many variables anyway it's a wash on our scale.
