Finally bottled my puncan ale tonight! I was worried about this one, I left out some things, added some things, and was a little anddisappointed when I racked to secondary. But after my r&d glass tonight while bottling, I am happy. Nice and spicy and creamy, color is perfect, I can't wait!!! What is it that makes pumpkin ale so great? It seems there are so many threads on recipes and so on.
