1 lb. biscuit malt
1/2 lb. honey malt
1 lb. flaked maize
1/2 oz. Kent Golding 4.9%alpha (60min)
1/2 oz. Saaz whole leaf 7.8%alpha (60min)
Irish moss (15min)
1/2 oz. Czech Saaz pellets (5min)

1/2 oz. Saaz whole leaf 7.8%alpha dry hopped into secondary fermentor

Mash 90 minutes at 156F
 
It looks like a lot of crystal and biscuit. I would cut the crystal down to 1 lb. Maybe cut the biscuit to 6-12oz. What are you trying to make? Is this going to be a lager or ale? Depending on what you are going for you might want to lower the mash to 152-154
 
If you are going for a brown ale, your going to need some darker grains. I would still recommend cutting the crystal in half and mashing at 154 especially if using a lower attenuating English yeast. If you are going for a brown ale I would add 12-16oz of brown malt and using marris otter as the base malt.
