Default Best Non-Grain/Hops/Yeast Beer Ingredients You've Enjoyed in a brew?

No doubt the creators of rheinheitsgebot would turn over in there graves...but I've had a lot of great craft brews lately that have had some really off the wall ingredients.

I tried one recently that had black tea in it that was a porter that was really good.

The best IPA I've had was an orange IPA with a great orange nose and flavors throughout from assclown brewery.

Coconut and brown ale seems to go very well together.

So what other flavor combinations have you guys enjoyed in your brews?

The 2.5#/gal of raspberries Jester King uses in their "Atrial Rubicite" is absolutely delicious. Nothing exotic, but excellent execution!

961 Pale Ale-

za’atar, sumac, mint, sage, anise, and chamomile

One of the best beers I've ever had. So distinct, so well done
