Ahhh after a year or so long hiatus due to personal reasons (new house, new job) finally back at brewing. Amazing how much you forget when you take a break that long. Glad this forum is here to refresh my memory. So far its been a good brew other then I'm drinking wine while brewing cause I ran out of beer. I might have to brew some extract just to get the inventory back up. I got some three year old Barleywine thats just now starting to not taste like rocket fuel but I forgot to throw it in the fridge. I also cant find my hydrometer, gonna be a seat of the pants brew. Anyways, glad to be back at it. I think in the next few months I may start working on a new brewery. Im looking at doing an almost fully automayed RIMS system controlled by a SLC-500, soon as I finish my golf cart project . Anyone remember the guy who built one like that already? I cant find his post anymore but I'd sure like to ask him some questions about his HMI.
