5/16" Check Valve on Regular, 1/4" Distributor

Doh!

Didn't realize my regular's check valve and air line were 5/16" and I bought a 1/4" distributor.

Can either of these be replaced? i.e. put a 5/16" barb on my distributor, or a new 1/4" check valve on my regulator??


edit: Or I could get a splicer if that is recommended
