Hello

So I just transfered some brew into my secondary fermenter and threw in a tablet of whirloc. Is this gonna do a good or any bad?

It won't do anything at all. Whirlfloc is a "kettle fining", which means it works in the kettle during boiling to coagulate proteins. Those coagulated proteins are heavier than the wort, so they sink to the bottom producing clearer wort. Since it wasn't boiled with the wort, it won't do a thing.
