I am trying to figure out the best way to control my temps on my stainless blichmann. I have thought about building a small closet sized room in my cave or using a ferm heater wrap. has anyone had experience with these. I dont want to heat my brew room all winter, so i have been brewing and moving a very heavy 10 gallon batch into my house, my brew area is a detached "man cave " garage. Any suggestions ?

I would bet that some fermwrap with a temp control would do the trick. Don't have a conical yet but once i do ill have it in a fridge and use heat wrap with controller to keep temps just right.
