A quick question, has anyone tried using peanut butter powder or Nutella powder made with maltodextrin? I want to do a porter with one of these ingredients but oil can be an issue. Being a chef I have made the powders several times but never thought to use them in brewing. Thoughts?

I used a Mexican chocolate powder in a stout with good results. Just be sure to hit it with some extra foam positive ingredients to compensate for the head killing oils...

thats what I'm curious about, the maltodextrin reacts with the oil to create a powder. will need to do more research.

I've used the powdered peanut butter (PB2) on 4 batches; the BEAVR nutz, 2 wheats, and a basic ale
