I'm having trouble figuring out what torrefied means. Is it similar to flaked? TIA
Just take it to a really scary movie...or tell it you're taking it to the bakery. That ought to torrify it.
According to my sources, Torrified (aka Terrified) Wheat is an unmalted product that can be used in place of unmalted wheat for higher yield and quicker conversion times. Typical recipes would be Belgian White or Wit.
