So I decided to do a tweak of my previous IPA recipe, but this time, it's going to be much, much more hoppy, in aroma, flavor, and bitterness.

10 lbs 2 Row
1 lb Vienna
1 lb Flaked Wheat
.5 lb C40

Mash at 156

1 oz Columbus @ 60 minutes
.25 oz Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra at 20
.25 oz Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra at 15
.75 oz Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra at 5
.75 oz Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra at Flameout
2 oz Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra for 6 days dry hop

US-05 @ 66 for 7 days primary, 6 day secondary/dry hop.

Opinions, comments, suggestions welcomed :)

Cheers,
Kef

I like the hop schedule. 8oz is alot of dry hops though. I am interested to see what it would do to a beer. Post back next month.
