Making a Noble Porter aka German Malts and Noble hops. Going for simple porter with noticable hop flavor and hints of coffee. Input?
5lbs Pielsner
4lbs Munich
0.75# Chocolate
0.5# Carafa III
0.5 oz Pearl @ 55 Minutes
0.5 oz Pearl @ 35 Minutes
0.5 oz Hallertauer @ 20 Minutes
0.5 oz Hallertauer @ 10 Minutes
0.5 oz Hallertauer @ 1 Minute
0.5 oz Tettnang @ 1 Minute
Either going to use a German Ale yeast or S-05
IBU to Malt Ratio would be around 0.7
