Default Dry American Lager - Need Recipe

I'm looking for an extract recipe for the perfect American Dry Lager, maybe even towards a Pilsner. I'm not talking about commercial-yellow-fizzy-water. If anyone has had a Buckeye Beer- that's the type of beer I'm talking about. Medium to light bodied, balanced hops, little residual sweetness. I'm not afraid of adjuncts - some corn sugar might even be nice (gasp!). Anyone have any suggestions?
