Not a big fan of IPAs but have a whole lot of loose stuff kicking around that I am trying to use up. So I am considering doing a Cream Ale IPA?

Here is the grain bill
8 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US
1 lbs Corn, Flaked
4.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L
4.0 oz Carared
6.00 oz Chinook

Boil Schedule
1 lbs Candi Sugar
1 lbs Cane
0.75 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 8 23.7 IBUs
0.00 oz Amarillo [9.20 %] - Boil 20.0 min Hop 9 0.0 IBUs
0.50 oz Amarillo [9.20 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 12 0.6 IBUs
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 13 0.4 IBUs
0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 14 0.7 IBUs
0.50 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 15 0.9 IBUs

Dry Hop
0.50 oz Amarillo [9.20 %] - Dry Hop 7.0 Days Hop 17 0.0 IBUs

That looks pretty good. It is going to be a really dry beer but I like my IPAs dry. How much Amarillo are you putting in for 20 min? The hop schedule looks good to me except I would do at the very least 2 oz for the dry hop.

Have not really decided on the hops yet. That will more rely on what is available at the brew shop :)

I know they stock cascade and a few other north american hops...

If you can get Citra I would try that. Right now I am in love with Citra.
