Went way over the top on a stout,

10 lbs 2 row pale
16 oz black patent
16 oz roasted b
16 oz crystal 80L
12 oz crystal 10L
8 oz chocolate
8 oz crystal 120L
1 lb dark brown sugar

Sorry, got carried away.

We drank maybe 1/2 gallon, when I realized that I am kegging, and all bets are off.

Brewed 1 pot........(1/2 gallon?) of STAND UP AND WALK Stroooooooooooong Coffee. (kroger brand nothing special)

Dumped it in fairly hot, FOAMED like HELL.

24 hours later.......MAGIC.

It really is delicious. But 2-3 pots worth of caffiene???? that has to be 1/4 cup of coffee per beer.

WTF was I thinking?

Actually I am OK with it, and I am no alarmist, but they are banning caffiene/alcohol drinks here.

I don't care, but should I?

3 kids or I would not even post this (except that it is delicious, and I might share it on that alone)

what was your hopping? what was your yeast?
