I'm trying to replicate the Honey Cream Ale extract kit from Williams Brewing HERE
This is the first recipe I have made myself so any feedback would be appreciated ( I have done many AG kits ). I intend to put the honey in at flameout (same as the kit from Williams Brewing). Here is the brewtoad link HERE

Flaked Corn 1.0 lb
Honey 1.0 lb
Boil time: 60 min
Saaz(US) 1.0 oz 60 min Boil Pellet
American Ale II Wyeast 1272
Clarity Ferm
Irish Moss
