Default Amber Ale

First off, hello all. First time posting here, been brewing for about a year or so and I love it. Anyway I was wondering if you could help me with an amber ale recipe Im trying ti create. So far we have...

3#Amber DME
3# Light DME
1#Crystal 60L
1oz Mt Hood @60
1oz Hallertau@5

What do you think?

Unusual hopping for an American amber ale. What are you going for, hops wise?

Shooting for more of a "German amber ale" if you may. Don't have the ability to lager right now so I was going to just use us-05 or 1056.
