In "Brew Like A Monk", pg 98, it states:

OG: 1.065
ABV: 6.8%
Attenuation: 80%
IBU: 24
Malts: Pilsner, Munich
Hops: Hallertau, Spalt, Styrian Goldings
Yeast: Affligem
Primery: 5 days
Secondary: 14 days
Bottle conditioned

In "Clone Brews", pg 52, there's a recipe for a Double Enghien Blonde Ale.

In "Beer Captured", pg 26, there's one for Abbey of Leffe Blond Abbey Ale.
