Default Question on amount of OxiClean Needed.

How much OxiClean is needed to clean a 5 gallon bucket?

I usually use half a scoop per 5 gallons. Some others on here use more but I find that much more than half a scoop does not dissolve properly.

Thanks for the response. I'm good to go then.. I used a scoop, and was actually thinking I didn't use enough because the instructions says 1-2 scoops per gallon (which seemed like a bit much).

Oxyclean's slogan should be "We make Sh*t slippery"

BTW I use 1/2 scoop as directed and it does everything I need it to do. It takes off bottle labels like nobody's business!

I used it for bottle labels and it actually etched the glass and left it dull, except where the labels were. Anyone have this happen? I made it quite strong andleft them in overnight, and then for a few days.
