I bought a fresh Fermenthaus brand white "laboratory" rubber stopper and accidentally pushed it into fresh wort. I used it to seal a carboy while aerating because it is not drilled and wort wont splash through. It was sanitized.

If you are familiar with these stoppers they have a strong rubbery smell.

I pitched my yeast anyway and it is now fermenting. Will my beer taste / smell like this stopper?

I too am wondering about that i started using a stainless beer keg it needed a bung on the side so i found a rubber stopper at a homebrew supply store, afterwards i checked it with a hydrometer & drank the leftovers it did seem to have bit of a rubber taste. I sanitized everything before so ... Maybe a bacterial problem maybe the rubber i dont know.

You will be fine. Many threads on here about people pushing bungs into the wort and not had any issues.
