I am reading extreme brewing and Sam is telling us to never use aluminium brew pots. Now this guy takes a pretty layed back approach to home brewing, and this is the thing he wants to really emphasize.
I have been brewing in an aluminium turkey fryer for a while. Any good reason to stop this or am I good.
Also what is a commercial keg made of aluminium or stainless. I have one in the garage for years that I always thought of converting, but if it alum mabe I should think twice.
Thanks for any wisdom
