Hi all guys,

I bought recently a 50L keg which I want to turn into either MLT or brew kettle. In the future I would like to have MLT, brew kettle and sparge water container, like people usually have.
My question is what should be the ratio of volumes of MLT and brew kettle. If I think correct, for mid gravity beers arround sg of 1.050 mash tun could have more or less twice as less as brew kettle, while for big beers where onlt the first running is colected and boiled one can benefit from higher volume of mas tun. When you were building your "breweries" what volume for brew kettle did you choose for certain MLT volume.

Cheers
