Hey,
The most recent zymurgy issue has an article on a pumpkin ale. Would anyone like to offer any suggestions on converting it to a partial mash? I'm also kinda debating on weather to do a 3 gallon or a 5 gallon batch. Any thoughts, ponderings, ideas, suggestions, warnings, forecasts of doom or tips would be appreciated!
