So this is my first recipe I have put together and brewed. I have done a few extract kits and all grain kits, but I wanted something quick to keep on tap at home, that's was sessionable. I found a 15 min pale ale recipe and wanted to try citra hops. I also looked at zombie dust clones for inspiration.

So thoughts or potential changes?

5 gallons

6 lb Dry Malt Extract - Light
1 lb American - Caramel /Crystal60L
2 oz Citra Boil 15 min
1 oz Citra Boil 5 min
1 oz Citra Boil 1 min
1 oz Citra Dry Hop 7 days
Yeast s-04

Boil time 15 min.

I scaled it to a one gallon test batch and it is dry hopping now. I did use US05 instead of 04 this first batch.View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1431440487.247358.jpg
